“Great place to have HOT hotpot. Clean and plenty of space. Huge selection of protein & veg, generous portion. Tasty soup. Came here for breakfast and left feeling full & satisfied. Just be sure not to choke on soup lol! Cat lovers: there are 10 resident cats here. We’ll be back soon 😸”

“Food is actually tasty but the service sucks. Came here for Chinese New Year and was very disappointed. Noticed items were missing and asked the staff if they could bring them out. They did not. As all of our food didn’t arrive we asked for the menu to order more food, which again, did not arrive. Had asked the servers for a couple of more drinks, which again, didn’t arrive. Would’ve stayed longer and ordered more (if it was actually possible) if the service was even just average. When the bill came, they had charged us for multiple items that didn’t arrive. They went back to the kitchen to say that they did indeed arrive. I told them to check the bowls on the table as they certainly did not come. They ended up taking the items off but I didn’t appreciate how argumentative they were considering we had attempted to tell them items were missing prior to asking for the bill. After paying this was followed by a not so subtle ‘get out’ by them opening the door and saying thank you. Mostly sad as this was to celebrate a happy time of the year.”

“Taste wise was good. It is so typical of Chongqing.l, no doubt. They should put extra effort for improvements in services, how you set a table, since we have to ask everything, like all the cutlery, glass, soup spatula, etc, seems not ready. Overall for the meals was totally great.👍”
