“They specialize in pastries, and the pain au chocolat I got was really tasty. The second-floor seating is great for people-watching. The place itself desperately needs a makeover though—upkeep is bad, you see stains everywhere. Sit outside at the entrance and you’ll be welcomed by a couple of houseflies. Upstairs is a bit better, but it’s still long overdue for a proper clean and refresh. I’m also a little worried about food hygiene: the baker works right on the first floor next to the only narrow walkway, completely open concept with zero glass barriers or proper shielding. Still, I enjoyed the pastry and luckily had no stomach issues. parking is available at a fee.”

“This is a great brunch spot. A lovely hidden gem in a quiet corner of the busy Hanoi. We enjoyed the table outside, great vibe, good for people watching :). Loved the cute chubby Corgi there also. Food was amazing. Good value for money too. We paid 510k for the brunch and 145k for the tea set as in the photos. Happy with it. Only downside is we waited a great deal of time for the food to come. About 30-40mins and the bakery wasn't that busy. So I'm not sure how the service would be on busy days. But well it was actually worth the wait too.”

“The staff was able to communicate in English. Price was reasonable for "fancy" pastry. Nice little spot to chill and relax over a cup of coffee. A picturesque spot for those who wanna take Instagram photos. I ordered the croissant, and it wasn't all that great but perhaps it was my fault for keeping it overnight int he fridge, instead of eating it fresh on the spot.”

“Good location, decent portion for the price and quality. Good selection of sourdough and pastry among which whole grain sourdough and croissant are my favorite. Coffee is too strong to my liking but decent size and reasonable price. Not all staff is well trained, but overall they have good attitude. The biggest concern for me is hygiene. I was there around 9.30 but found the floor table with croissant flakes and stains of water. The floor was dusty and full of hair. The fan on the floor was covered in dust as well. Saw a staff picking hamburger buns without tongs or gloves.”

“The pretzel was very similar to a real German pretzel. The raisin-filled snail pastry was also delicious, but the cappuccino wasn't so great; it was more like hot milk and a slightly coffee-like flavor. I didn't like the lack of staff; there was just one girl who was also the cashier, barista, and server. I had to wait longer than expected for my order, even though I was the first customer in the cafe. This shouldn't happen; one person shouldn't have to do all the work! So I'm taking off one star.”
