“I enjoyed the lime croissant, was my favorite, but I give the 4 stars because the Oreo donut was a bit dry. Still good. I liked that they have a lot of different breads and way cheaper than the competition. Also the space is big and great vibe. The staff was so kind to me and they speak English. There's very good WiFi and WC! I would come back for the croissant and maybe try different breads”
“Walking into Paris Levain Bakery & Cafe felt like accidentally teleporting from Da Nang straight into France. A French-inspired bakery in the city? Dangerous. Very dangerous for self-control. First impression: I loved the building, loved the interior, and then my heart was completely stolen by a secret little garden hidden inside. That garden alone is worth the visit. Calm, cozy, and perfect for sitting longer than planned. Coffee was good, smooth and well made. The decor is interesting, especially on the second floor, and from the second-floor balcony you can actually see the ocean in the distance, which was a very nice and unexpected bonus for this location. Pastry was okay. Not bad, not mind-blowing, just solid and enjoyable. A few honest notes for the management, said gently and with respect. Maybe it was just my visit, maybe it is subjective, but the place feels like it could use a bit of refreshing. The second-floor balcony felt slightly out of use, chairs stacked together as if they are waiting for a meeting. Some beautiful interior lamps were dusty, which gave me the feeling that the owner went on vacation and has not come back yet. The place still has charm, character, and good energy. It just feels a little left alone. Like a great café that needs a small reset, not a reinvention. Overall, very positive emotions, beautiful concept, lovely hidden garden, good coffee, and a strong French vibe. I would happily come back, especially to see the place fully alive again.”
“The shop Is very cool with a big tablet in the centre showing all the bakeries and food items. I had two pastries and One cappuccino. The Firsts were delicious Better that from the other competitors in the spot but the cappuccino was a bit light....the coffee taste was not strong. The Place Is very nice, quote and clean. The staff Is gentle kind polite and speaks english fluently”
““Paris-Level Pastries in Da Nang — Yes, Really.” I’ve been to Paris—and this bakery and café absolutely holds its own. God forgive me, but we went back three times. 🫣 The buttery, lightly sweet perfection of their almond croissant does not get better outside of Paris—and I’ve eaten a lot of them around the world. Considering Vietnam’s French colonial history, it’s clear they didn’t just copy French baking traditions—they refined and localized them brilliantly. Every bite proves it. Choosing between savory and sweet is nearly impossible, so I dare you to do the only reasonable thing: try both. This is the one time you’re allowed to fail—and win anyway. The bakers will happily warm anything you choose, and there’s a gorgeous rooftop indoor/outdoor space that’s perfect for lingering, chatting, or getting some work done while indulging. Skip the seductive breakfast pastries elsewhere and head straight to Paris Levain. You won’t be sorry. At all. Bonus: the surrounding neighborhood is vibrant and worth exploring—but fair warning, this bakery sells out quickly, so arrive before lunchtime for the best selection. Bon appétit.”
“Hands down the best French bakery in town. This bakery offers a variety of sweet and savory pastries. Nice indoors and outdoor seats. I can easily hang out here the entire day. I recommend this bakery.”
