He also gave my husband options for different types of anesthesia as well as discussing various treatment plans depending on how much time we had. He outlined all the procedures and prices to see if we were happy with the plan before starting treatment. The prices are very reasonable and lower than other clinics with similar facilities. Will definitely come back in future.”

“I had a terrible experience at this clinic. First, I booked online and inquired if I could get laser whitening even though I have a fixed retainer on my lower teeth. They told me that to clarify my concerns, they have a free consultation upon appointment. So I booked one. But when I arrived, the doctor immediately proceeded with the cleaning, saying it was required before laser whitening. There was no proper check-up, no assessment of my teeth’s condition, and no recommendations to improve them—nothing at all. They went ahead with the cleaning, and when the laser whitening started, there was no explanation about the procedure, how long it would take, or whether I should expect pain. If I didn’t ask whether it would be painful, they wouldn’t have explained anything. There was zero initiative from them to inform me. During the procedure, the doctor kept leaving the room many times. I couldn’t even speak properly because my mouth was open, yet I was already feeling pain. On the second round, the assistant asked if I felt sensitivity. I nodded yes, but she did nothing about it. By the last round, the doctor returned only to say “10 more minutes,” then left again. When the procedure ended, only the assistant finished it. The pain was unbearable, so I insisted that they remove the things inside my mouth. So I can talk properly. I kept telling them it was extremely painful and asked what the purpose of the machine was. but they couldn’t answer. I found out that my gums were burned because of the doctor’s negligence. If I didn’t call for the doctor, he would not have come back to check how the procedure went. That’s when I started complaining, because the Dr. kept leaving me he supposed to stay in the room to monitor the procedure with the machine. The Dr. only said “sorry,” with no explanation. I went to the reception to pay and told them I was very unhappy. I was being charged 136$, but the service was terrible. The management tried to calm me down and gave excuses. They said the doctor was busy, which is why he kept leaving me. If they were busy, then why did they accept my appointment? They also said there was a language barrier—yet they call themselves an “international” dental clinic. Why use that name if they cannot even communicate properly with foreign clients? And instead of offering proper treatment or at least free medicine for the burn, they tried to sell me medicine for $10—which they should have provided for free because the burn happened due to their mistake. That made me even more upset. They also offered me a $10 discount from my total bill of $136, which was pointless. They ended offering the medicine for free because I asked them to. I wasn’t asking for discounts. I just wanted them to take responsibility and fix the issue professionally. I got hurt, and yet I’m the one expected to pay for the medicine? I will never recommend this clinic. They call themselves an international clinic, but the staff can’t even communicate properly with foreign clients. I appreciate the staff who tried to be kind, but honestly, for the price they charge, this should not happen. This whole experience was unacceptable, and I really hope the Dr takes full responsibility.”
