“I had a great experience at Shu Daxia Hotpot Cambodia. We ordered the three-flavor hotpot with spicy Sichuan broth, tomato broth, and mushroom broth. It’s a great option because you can enjoy different flavors in one pot. The spicy broth had a deep, authentic Sichuan flavor, while the tomato broth was refreshing and slightly sweet. The ingredients were very fresh. The sliced meats were beautifully presented, and the vegetables were crisp. There is also a self-service sauce bar where you can mix your own dipping sauce, which is a nice feature. We also tried lamb skewers and fresh shrimp, and both were very good. The shrimp were fresh and went perfectly with the hotpot broth. The service was excellent. The staff were very attentive and even prepared some dishes with dry ice for presentation so I could take photos, which was a fun and memorable touch. Overall, great food, great service, and a nice atmosphere. Definitely one of the best hotpot experiences in Phnom Penh.”

“genuinely the most delicious hot pot ive ever had in my 16 years of existence , the service was amazing, the waiter made sure that we were comfortable all along and that our experience in this gorgeous place was on point. the kitchens are very organized and clearly clean, the staff is adorable and most importantly, the food. it was so perfect i dont think i’ll handle the food back in France. i’ll miss Cambodia so much, especially for this Hot Pot restaurant. 5 stars well deserved, much love to the staff 🩷”

“I had lots of fun trying trending hot pot moves with my cousin at this place near Wat Botum. If you are looking for a place to eat hot pot, this restaurant has nice decor, tasty sauces and soups, there's even costumes you can try on if you want. The service was great! They made sauces for us and refilled our teas very fast, topping up our soups almost everytime the soups was boiling down, and cleaned up dirtied plates really fast. Me and my friend definitely ordered too much, but it was a set with meat, fishcake, fish, and vegetables. The beef went well with sauces, the fish soaked in the mala, and there were fish cakes with cheese inside that was pretty interesting. We ordered extra mushrooms and veggies, the total was $33 for 2 of us. I would bring more people next time!”
