“This bar is a hidden gem with sleek, stylish décor and a cool atmosphere. It’s not too big, which adds to its secretive feel. The bartender was friendly and welcoming. Another highlight is the cocktail menu—creative and unique drinks inspired by Greek mythology that truly stand out. Definitely worth the small detour.”

“Incredible service, sophisticated design concept with a symbiotic balance between the decor and drinks menu. We tried the Apolo and Poseidon. Was the edible gold excessive on Apolo? Yes. Was it needed? ABSOLUTLY. The drink’s strength for Apolo is as depicted on a 4.5/5 scale. The flavor profile is a gin base citrus note. Poseidon was likewise unqiue on its own form with nori as a decorative top and of the sea; fitting of the drink.”

“I wouldn’t call Bar Utopia a speakeasy—that feels more like a marketing label than anything grounded in knowledge or style. I popped in because the neon glow looked interesting. Inside, I was the only customer, which made it feel a bit flat. The concept—Greek mythology meets cocktails—was intriguing, and some of the drinks were inventive enough to hold my attention. That said, an empty bar just isn’t very inviting, and oddly there were about five staff standing outside, which felt excessive given the lack of guests. Maybe it would work as a fun venue if you rolled in with a big group of 30 friends, but otherwise there are better places to drink in Phnom Penh. 3/5 stars.”

“Dont sleep on this new bar. Cocktails are one of a kind and amazing. Husband and I went through the whole signature cocktail menu. Finally some interesting cocktails which are presented perfectly. Plus the decor is awesome (plus aircon). Oh and the staff are super friendly, knowledgable and the service is fast. 100% recommend!”
