“I booked an appointment at this clinic in advance and came to the exact address at the scheduled time — only to find the clinic completely closed. No warning, no note, nothing. They are also ignoring me on WhatsApp, even though I had a confirmed appointment. On top of that, it started pouring rain, and I had spent an entire hour getting to this place. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. This is the most disgusting and disrespectful service imaginable. I was in real pain — my tooth was hurting badly and still hurts — and this so-called dental clinic didn’t care at all. If it were possible to give zero stars and leave a very negative comment, I would. Unfortunately, Google doesn’t allow that, but this place absolutely deserves it.”
