“We had the privilege of experiencing Chef Bee’s exclusive tasting menu as part of Marriott Bonvoy Moments. Every dish was carefully curated based on Chef’s hometown and history, carefully taste tested and executed perfectly. Chef bee came out to explain to us each dish in detail; how the dish was created and how the flavours mix well together One dish that particularly impressed us: Tom Khamin Hoi Shell involved an artistic display of using charcoal to heat up a tumeric soup in a coconut bowl. Curry leaves were also heated in the fire to create a symphony of scents alongside the beautifully presented dish. The toddy palm ice cream is so unique, with Chef Bee explaining how they make use of their local toddy palm, scrap off the meat and squeeze the juices to get the flavor out. She even went to the kitchen to let us try the raw extract, further highlighting how personal the whole experience felt. Best meal we ever had, even trumping the Michelin starred meal we had the day before. This menu will be available from Dec 2025 so don’t miss out!!”

“I went to W koh Samui with my family.The Chef Manoj made extra efforts to provide Indian meals for us:Best was Masala Tea,Dosa.He prepared grilled Salmon with grilled vegetables with Indian touch. All the staff members were very cordial and polite.”

We also loved having Lunch in this restaurant! Some dishes were stars that we remembered for the rest of the trip.”

“We stay at the W Koh Samui hotel and had breakfast in the Kitcheb Table as well as Room Service which was delivered from the restaurant to the room. Unfortunately we were disappoibted both by breakfast as well as Room Service quality. Breakfast food quality: - everything was eatable but did not live up to the same high standard as the rest of the hotel - I tried the bread selection (which was large by choice) and it all felt rather like a cheap 2star German hotel breakfast - Poached eggs are pre made and not prepared freshly and taste accordingly - I left the sausages aside after tasting half of it which was rather a mash that didnt taste like a good sausage at all Lunch/dinner food quality: - Chicken biryani: The dish was okish but the ampunt of chicken in there was sub standard for the price - Cheese burger: The burger was overcooked and literally only contained 2 medium quality neef pattys, a small amoubt of lettuce and some mayonaise (I unordered tomatoes), so nothing close to a high qualuy steakhouse burger (but priced at such levels) Service in the restaurant is friendly but very slow The few is stunning”
