“I tried out the graceful shoulders and hips level 1 class. The instructor was amazing and for the first time in my life I think I actually enjoyed yoga and left feeling completely relaxed. My shoulders were tense to the point they would crack on their own. Class size is small, and I really appreciate the fact that the instructor guided us along with cues and counting for us and doing it alongside us. I didn't feel lost and when I needed guidance he was immediately over to help. The entire experience felt like a massage for my body and left me feeling so relaxed and sleepy immediately afterwards exactly what I needed on a sluggish Friday evening after work. Thank you!!!”

“I attended a basic yoga class taught by Unmukt and ended up being the only student, which turned the session into an unexpected 1:1. It was honestly such an amazing experience that I'm already looking forward to the next class. Unmukt has an undeniably calming energy and approach, which give you the confidence and ability to trust in his directions (even while you're in the midst of an insane pose). He tailored the entire class to my ability and flexibility, taking the time to understand what my body needed. His vocal cues were simple and precise, and he was very respectful, checking if I was comfortable with hands-on adjustments before offering them. Everything he guided me through allowed my body to move intuitively and helped me trust my own strength and capability. There were certain movements I didn't imagine I'd be capable of doing, yet he helped me reach them with gentle guidance and assistance. First time to this studio, but I can tell that its focus on the individual experience is what truly sets it apart. I’ll definitely be back, and I 100% recommend this small, thoughtful studio to anyone, whether you’re a beginner or someone deeper into your yoga journey.”

“Had an amazing Basic Yoga class here today. I’m a beginner at yoga but this is the first class that I attended that doesn’t feel like aerobic exercise. Instead, it feels very mindful and connected to the spiritual side of yoga. I felt like the class was suitable for my (low) level while still pushing me to improve.”

“Founder Rita is very kind and showed me around the new studio and explained what they were about. For the class I attended, even though was a basic inversion, instructor kindly tailored it to my level. I quite like the cosiness of the space and how it’s subdivided! Just a note that the mat maybe a tad too thin and sticky for shoulder stand to forward fold rolls up and down as i had quite a bad friction burn on my ass after 😅 😆 probably fine for normal vinyassa and hatha classes but if rolling up and down alot, a soft cushy and less sticky mat would be great!!”
